Q What is Yahoo! Japan Auction?
A Yahoo! Japan Auction is the biggest online auction in Japan. It is set up for Japanese users and sells both new and used items. The most sellers are private and very often prices are much cheaper than retailers. Also, most sellers do not ship items overseas and this kind of conflict is what we can assist you with.
Q How do I open an account with you?
A We require a deposit of 50,000YEN for cars and 10,000YEN for auto-parts to open an account with JKH. Please contact us info@jkhjapanauto.com
Q Can I import a used car from Japan into my country?

Q Do you inspect vehicles in Japan?
A No. We don’t inspect, modify and/or remove any parts from your purchased vehicles. however, if you have any questions, we can ask questions to the seller on behalf of you in Japanese and forward the response in English.
Q Do you give any warranty for the vehicles?
A No.
Q What are your payment terms?
A Payment must be made by T.T. (Telegraphic Transfer or Wire Transfer) Please note we will invoice you the bank transfer fees.
Q what currency do you accept?
A We only accept Japanese YEN.
Q Do you accept payment by credit card?
A No.
Q Do you offer credit?
A No.
Q How can I see the prices in my currency?

Q When do I need to pay for all my costs in Japan?
A You must pay for your items within 2-3days to the seller from the successful bid. Please ensure to transfer the fund to us as soon as we forward you the costing summary/invoice.
Q Can I insure my shipment?
A Yes. We can arrange marine insurance for you at your expense.
Q How will I know when my vehicle will sail?
A When your car is booked for shipment, shipping advice will be sent to you via Email.
