ACCOUNTS

§   Deposit for opening account is 50,000YEN for purchasing car and 10,000 YEN for purchasing auto-parts (only).

§   We accept your deposit in advance for rapid processing and saving your transfer fee.

§   We only accept Japanese YEN.

§   We only accept payment by T.T. Remittance (Wire transfer)

§  Minimum balance for the account is 50,000YEN for bidding cars, 10,000YEN for bidding auto-parts. If the balance is below a minimum balance, we cannot process the item.

§   The account will not occur interest.

§  We only accept your request for closing your account in case there is nothing in process.

§   We refund the balance deducted 5,000YEN as remittance and handling fees.

§   We do not refund if the balance is below 5,000YEN.

Note: auto-part weighs more than 30kg require additional cost or/and other method of sending.

EXTRA FEES

In inclusion with the above fees JKH Japan Auto occasionally charge extra fees. For example, if a seller asks fees such as Yahoo fees, tax, etc we will advise you these charges.

Examples of possible extra fees are:

§  5% TAX if the seller has charged us.

§  3% Yahoo Auction fee if the seller has charged us.

§  Handling fee if the seller has charged us.

§  30,000YEN cancellation fee if you cancel your purchase or bid on non-auction cars.

§  Registration fee if the seller has charged us.

§  Any other fee incurred by customs agent or shipping company

§  Non-running cars are charged minimum 50,000YEN as extra handling fee.

§  Storage fee if you require storage of your car in Japan.

§  Workshop fee for the removal of air conditioning gas. (eg. Necessary for the import of cars into Australia).

§  Unexpected maintenance cost (oil leak repair, gas empty, battery replacement etc).

§  Due to ship arrangement, the item may be transported to the other port and may incur additional cost.

 ITEMS

§  We do not guarantee the items you buy.

§ We assist you with asking your questions to the seller, but we do not have responsibility for the seller’s answers.

§  Cancellation is not accepted after the successful bidding.

§  We will not remove parts or modify your car in any way.

o    For example:

§  We will not change/remove your wheels.

§  We will not change/remove any body kits or chassis on your car.

§  We will not inspect and repair your car.

§  We are not responsible for any faulty, damaged, ruined or missing items.

EXPORT PROCEDURE

We cannot ship to overseas following cases: the owner described on the documents is not same as the seller, documents are a forgery and the items turned out to be stolen goods.

SHIPPING TO YOUR HOME COUNTRY

Cars:

§  We ship the cars on FOB. If you would like to CIR, please let us know before bidding.

§  We arrange the ship company

§  If the ship does not have enough space, shipping may be delayed.

§  Customers have a responsibility for procedures for import and regulation in own country.

Auto-Parts:

§  We send the auto-parts by EMS.

§  Item weighs more than 30Kg require other method of sending.

OTHERS

§  Lots of cancellation conduct disconnected, delayed payment and others may make your account closed.
